Citicoline is an intermediate in the synthesis of phosphatidylcholine a constituent of the gray matter of brain tissue. Citicoline supports brain metabolism by supporting the synthesis of the neurotransmitter, acetylcholine.
Phosphatidylserine supports the brain's response to normal stress Antioxidants Acetyl-L-Carnitine and Taurine help support the health of neurons. Acetyl-L-Carnitine, Pantothenic Acid and L-Glutamine support brain metabolism. And, Taurine aids in osmoregulation.
