THIS. WORKS.
Verified purchase
This is an absolute game changer! I've tried everything under the sun after my weight loss journey to try and keep hunger at bay the same way medication does. THIS. WORKS! Almost too well, I'm going to reduce my dose today so I can eat more. I take this with berberine twice a day. Seriously, if you are hunting for supplements to keep you full and help with weight loss, just get this. Stop looking.

Helps with portion control!
Verified purchase
I’m on my second bottle of Absolutely Full and it really works for controlling my appetite. I don’t feel the urge to overeat, and my cravings have gone way down. The scale hasn’t changed much, but my clothes says otherwise. I went from XL to a medium-large. I feel lighter, less bloated, and more in control of my eating. Works best with 2 capsules about an hour before lunch or dinner. Drink lots of water, it really helps and reduces sugary cravings.

Wonderful effective product
Verified purchase
I recently received this and wanted to leave a review because I tried a different product with glucomannan but it was not the Luralean type. That previous product gave me so much stomach pain even taken as directed, and I ended up throwing them away. I was hesitant to try these but I am so happy I did - they promote a fullness feeling with no bloating or stomach cramps. I have ordered sodium butyrate to combine with these and I expect I will have great results. I love iherb! I am in Canada and it is hard to find some products here; but they are always on iherb. ***update-I have ordered a second bottle of this and it is amazing when combined with sodium butyrate and phenylalanine(in my experience). I have less hunger and more energy and have easily dropped a few pounds in the past 3 weeks.

Control Your Cravings
Verified purchase
After using Absolute Nutrition Absolutely Full, I've found it to be an effective appetite suppressant that truly helps curb my food cravings. Taking two capsules before meals has made me feel satisfied with smaller portions, which has been a game changer for my weight loss journey. I appreciate that it's made with natural ingredients like Konjac Root Fiber, allowing me to manage my appetite without any side effects.

Keeps me full
Verified purchase
I was quite amazed how this kept me full for hours. The size of the capsule is easy to swallow and the dosage is reasonable. It has no taste and gives the benefit as stated. I take this alternatively with an appetite suppressant, also from I herb ofc, and it had helped me fit into a jeans i could not wear. Quality of this one is good.

It works!
Verified purchase
I know it says to take a couple of capsules 15 mins before meals, but I just take them after my morning coffee with lots of water, when I want to stave off hunger pangs - it delays lunch till very late in the day, my goal is evening time!! So it makes intermittent fasting all that more achievable.
