L-Theanine
*Quality Sleep™ Nerve Support combines traditional plant extracts from lemon balm, valerian, chamomile and the soothing aroma of lavender to support nerves, when combined with a calming and healthy sleep routine. Green tea has also been studied in regards to its natural L-theanine constituent and its effects on the nervous system. The added magnesium bisglycinate further helps support the normal function of the nervous system and enhance the product's effectiveness.
Adults: Take 2 tablets per day with food before bedtime.
Do not use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. When using this product exercise caution while driving or using machinery, as you may experience drowsiness. Stop use and consult your doctor if you have any adverse reactions or symptoms persist or worsen. It is not recommended to exceed this dosage. Do not use if blister package (inner foil) has been opened or tampered with.
