MegaFood Sea Moss Complex is a 5-in-1 supplement formulated with wildcrafted irish sea moss, black seed oil, bladderwrack, burdock root, and ashwagandha to help support a healthy stress response and immune, antioxidant, and gut health.
*Each 2-capsule serving provides 350 mg of Sea Moss extract, equivalent to 7,000 mg of Sea Moss powder.
Adults take 2 capsules daily, any time of day with food and a beverage.
