Mullein leaf is a plant used for centuries in herbal remedies. The flowers and leaves have been used by herbalists for many different health benefits. Mullein extract may contain high amounts of saponins, glycosides, flavonoids, and minerals.

As a dietary supplement take 1 serving per day, with or without food.
