Selenium is as essential trace mineral and functions as part of the antioxidant enzyme glutathione perioxidase. It is bonded to the essential sulfur amino acid, methionine, in a naturally occurring form as found in the diet. Selenium is found most abundantly in Brazil Nuts, organ meats, seafood, and wheat germ. Certain research publications indicate that it may help support the following:
As a dietary supplement, take one (1) tablet daily, preferably with a meal, or as directed by your qualified healthcare professional.
Dicalcium phosphate, brewer's yeast powder, microcrystalline cellulose, croscarmellose sodium, stearic acid (vegetable source), magnesium stearate (vegetable source), silicon dioxide, pharmaceutical glaze.
