I tend to suffer from headaches, but this can help as long as I take one or two at the first sign of a headache starting. I like to take it so as to avoid having to take a painkiller. This or Devil's Claw usually helps. I am careful not to take this and aspirin together as they are so similar that it might increase aspirin's side effects.

I suffer from chronic headaches/migraines due to a neck injury. I'm always conscious of using over the counter or prescription painkillers, and the risks of further health complications. Using these tablets, usually once a day, often holds me off from needing strong pain relief for the day, or lets me get a couple more hours in before I need to lay down. Best of all, I know it's natural and better on my body than other more pharmaceutical options.

My usual go-to for pain control of a back injury is Willow Bark Extract by Now; but when it went out of stock and has been for several months, I had to find something else since I refuse to use western meds. The first one I tried was one with feverfew; didn't work at all for me, but I had to get through the two month supply I had. Then I tried this one by Solaray. It worked almost instantly, but I don't think it lasts as long for pain control as the product by Now. If the Now ever comes back in stock, I will have to decide between the two. I'm thinking start with this one, then midway between breakfast and dinner doses, I will take one of the Now to tide me over until the dinner dose. I'm very happy with this brand and glad I was able to find an alternative while the one I usually use is out of stock.

This is also a much better Alternative than the usual pain relief medications such as Aspirine, Tylenol and Ibuprofene. This is what I usually take for a migraine headache, sore muscles or just a plain headache. It works fast it's very mild on the stomach, and to me is so far the BEST pain relief medication I have ever taken. I swear by it and I take it everywhere with me. I'm so happy that I have found a great substitute to the harsh Chemical products I took before.

I got this to take in combination with feverfew for headaches/migraines. It helps take away headache pain but not migraine pain. This is the first brand I’ve tried but I chose it because I feel like this manufacturer makes a quality product. I think it’s definitely worth trying if you’re suffering with headaches or other pain.

I've decided to quit intake of aspirin, paracetamol snd synthetic pain-killers cause they ruin one's hearlth. But of course I needed substitution for them. And I chose white willow bark. It is known to be natural painkillers. Moreover it has anti- inflammatory effect. I am going to use white willow when I have menstrual pains, in case of joint problems and even, according to recommendations in case of a simple flu

For slight aches and pains, I use this and find it effective. Allows me to save the "hard stuff" (Ibuprofen) for only when I really need it, which is healthier overall for my body, much appreciate being able to do that.

when your doc wants you to take baby aspirin and you would rather take something less processed, here's the answer - take it every other day to do the equivalent of baby aspirin

One of the best natural ant inflammatory that I have found so far, it makes me feel more relaxed as well, I take it in place of aspirin since it contains the same active chemical (salicylic acid) without the side effects.
