I’ve been using it for 2 weeks and seems to be good quality, the main ingredient is an essential and the benefits are good for skin and tissues. There are few more things in the composition that are good for your daily supplement diet. The package comes with 90 tablets with a good size to swallow.
Solaray L-Lysine is a new product to me. The product is a tablet, which is easily swallowed. There is no after taste nor stomach upset. The package is sturdy plastic bottle with attached lid. Be aware "serving size is 3 tablets" and composition includes Vitamin C, B-6, and zinc. I gave only 4 stars because I found a tablet (white) that was not the same color as the rest of the product.

I purchase these and especially Solaray brand for my daughter who gets fever blister if she eats too many nuts. It has to do with the amount of arginine in nuts and therefore a lysine imbalance occurs. Solaray is a trusted brand and I always buy this brand whenever possible. There is never any bitter or aftertaste with this brand since it is a capsule form. Like to stock up also for the cold season coming up. Good product !

I'm taking this Lysine for years now, and among many other brands that I've tried, this is the far best of them all! I'm taking two tablets per day and it keep's me safe from breakouts, but around my period time I take three, since my immune system tends to drop lower.
