Mullein is supplement number 1 in the autumn-winter period. Cleanses the lungs of mucus in the post-cold period, and also helps to avoid complications during the period of illness. I take in the first 3 days 2 capsules 3 times a day and the body itself copes without chemicals. Not always in stock, so I always take with a margin.

The package has numerous tablets, which unfortunately are large sized. They can be broken in half. The taste is not concerning to me because its not particularly bad or anything. I was suffering breathing and wheezing issues as well as severe cough which was so bad i developed incontinence. These are the only tablets that worked. Excellent quality! I even sent to my mom, whose cough also healed. I'm recommending this to everyone.
I have been coughing and looking for something to help so after I read reviews desire to ordered came so fast right on time It is very big pill but I can take them..seem like help reduced coughing as fristnight slept through. I still deal with cough but just take third day will keep take them daily.
