100% recommend this supplement for vein health. I have had spider veins since I was 12 years old. once I started taking these I noticed a difference in the appearance of my spider veins and less achy legs and I was only taking 1 a day. Today I'm starting 2 a day like the bottle recommends, hopefully I'll see even more results! I've taken both on an empty stomach and with food. I haven't had any issues either way.
This a great product form Plantary Herbals. Horse Chestnut is a good herb for blood vessel muscular wall support. I have been using this product for about a year now, and the varcose veins on the medial left knee are not bothering me like they were prior to taking this product. Give it a try for yourself.
I need some more time to see how this product benefit me. I am very sensitive, so I should give it time to see. The size and package seems nice. My nutritionist said it will help my vein support. as this is a quality product. With good ingredients in it.

I've been using horse chestnut for about a month and wish I'd discovered it sooner. My legs still ache a little, but they're a lot better than they used to be. The taste of the Planetary Herbals horse chestnut isn't my favorite, but it's not bad. I get a strong celery-like flavor from the pill, but I'm not a lover of celery, so I drink a lot of water to wash it down. This brand leaves a tiny aftertaste in my mouth, but it goes away fast for me, especially after drinking additional water.
so far the supplements seems to have working benefits. the veins have become lighter, so there is Improvement. taste is ok. there's less pain in the legs. need some more time to see if it's really effective. but it definitely helps. quality seems to be good including the packaging and ingredients.

Food quality, my legs already feel better. Also the tablets are easy to consume. They suggest to do it in between meals but I do it right before eating.
