I've been buying these for my husband and son. These ginkgo should be helpful for their work and studies as they always remind me to replenish when the bottle is finishing. Only thing I dislike is the bottle size, these capsules are so mini 60 count takes up less than half the space in the bottle.
Take it to improve mood and ward off anxious thoughts. I take this along with Ashwagandha and the combination of the two seems to work well. I can't say for sure if it is synergy or one working better than the other. I like this brand for its pure supplements. Not as cheap as others but that's fine, I like the quality.

Paradise herbs brand is a good quality brand. Package contains 60 capsules, they are rather easy to swallow and do not have particular taste or smell. I notice some improvement with my brain and cognitive functions since I started taking them
