These are pricey, but the blend of high quality mushrooms is great. Energizing and immune boosting. Occasionally get stuck in my throat, that's not fun. Lots of water helps.

Took about 3 weeks before I noticed the increase in energy. It's subtle though, nothing too crazy. There's no flavor & easy to take.
