quality & ingredient seems ok, tablet is soft gel, size maybe a little big for some to swallow. tablet may stick to each other due to moisture.

I recently started taking NOW CLA for blood sugar control and to help metabolism. It seems to be a good quality product that works well, along with exercise and a good diet.
Good potency for the price. Not sure what it does biochemically. I think you need to take somewhat high and consistent doses to burn fat along with dietary changes. People with fat metabolism problems need to see if this is right for them.
