This chitosan is of a trusted brand that used quality ingredients. The dosage works for me and the size is not too big. There is no taste or smell. I would say it benefit me a lot cause when I eat oily food which is quite often i can still loose weight. The results are very obvious.

This is a good quality product. Used it for first time during a month. Benefits for me by this time: bowel movement twice daily. Boost energy, as it helps with intoxication, my skin became cleaner. It doesnt taste bad, size of capsules are not big. Surely I will buy it again.
I usually take one to two capsules before I have heavy/big meals, or before I eat anything oily (such as fast food). So far I haven’t noticed any significant difference, but I think it takes much longer to show any results. But just remember that you should not take any oil-soluble supplements (such as vitamin A, D3 or omega-3 etc) within 4 hours of taking chitosan as it will hinder the absorption.
Works great to absorb fat and oil when eating rich meals amazing. You really get oily bathroom situation but then you know it really works. I find you don’t need to take the full dosage if you’re not eating super oily good. Obvious benefit and see that it works. Small sized capsules
This has quality ingredients to achieve and maintain weight loss. Take it before or after any heavy meal. I feel the dosage benefit is more effective at night with plenty of water. It takes away the bloating from a large meal. It may also have good detox property and keeps me regular.
Had no idea what to expect when I started these but at the risk of TMI, I had awful IBS symptoms for about 6 years then found CBD oil, which after about a month of consistent use completely resolved the pain and cramping issues. I basically take 2-3 pills when having a high-fat meal to avoid missing essential fat-soluble nutrients.
I bought Chitosan In order to help me with my diet. I am not taking them every day, just on days when I'll have a hard meal like a cheat meal full of junk food. I am not sure yet if it is helpful for weight loss, my purpose was to not gain weight even when eating something high in calories, and I can say that it does the job, actually. If you'll look at the ingredients list, you'll see Chrome there too, which is a good cravings' suppressor. For the moment, I think it does it job as a weight control tool. I find the dosage quite big, so if u take 3pills before a meal, that's normal it will help you loose weight, because you have to drink a lot of water with it, so not much food is going ing you stomach afterwards anyway )))))
