This brands Skullcap is fantastic value and quality. I have extreme agoraphobia with panic attacks and let me say, this stuff helped tremendously!! While it's no magic pill, i found if you're willing to put in the mental work of going with everything, not pushing against everything, this stuff will calm you enough to be able to guide yourself through the day, to help alleviate a significant portion of your anxiety. You have to do the mental work though!! Unfortunately, there's no pill or potion that will eliminate full on anxiety, but this will help you do what you need to do mentally- float through your anxiety, embrace it, don't fight it!! Great stuff!!!!
package is good, the product came with a sealed box. there is no taste to the pill, good size, easy to swallow. I believe the quality is good, as at seems to do what it was intended to do. bought it for my allergies and so far it seems to work

If you need calming down before sleep, this is gentle and helpful. I take it in times when stressful situations that arise or before flying! It relaxes, but has no side effects that I have ever seen. Doesn't leave you hungover, like melatonin can do. I love skullcap herb. Excellent product.
This skullcap is great if you have an easily excitable nervous system and you are looking for something to keep you calmer during the day. I am sure could work wonders for HSP and people who have panic attacks and similar overly excitable or easily overloadable nervous system. Have seen no side effects like you get from drugs. Try using this along with valerian root and camomile tea. Clearer than melatonin at night. Just overall good product.
This herb benefits me by helping me relax at the end of the day. It seems to be very good quality. I noticed an improvement in my sleep almost immediately. It’s probably my most reliable relaxation supplement. I take it before bed. It immediately stops a racing mind. I haven’t tried it in the morning yet. I wonder if it would make me more groggy or pleasantly relaxed.
I have been using skullcap in combination with other methods of getting restful sleep, I can't say that it has been 100% responsible for my improved sleep, but I truly believe it is making a great contribution. I have been using this product happily for almost three years now.
Using this for the first time because it was recommended for relieving nerve discomfort. Seems to help me get to sleep and stay asleep longer and lowers my resting heart rate too. Works better than melatonin for me as a sleep aid. But I used only 1 capsule rather the recommended dose of 2 capsules.
I take this before I fly, and it really helps to calm me. Without these, I feel very stressed at the airport and on the plane.
I have used this in times of high anxiety and the physical sensations that can sometimes come with it. Great alternative to medication if you catch it soon enough. Thanks to brain retraining (MindBody syndrome), I no longer need it but it worked well when I did.
