I have been taking these (with their fruit caps) for almost 30 days now. I am, definitely, feeling something very good and can only attribute it to taking these 2 things! I haven't had this much energy since my drug using days (40-50 years ago). lol I suggest you try it. It took a couple of days to feel them. However, after 2 days, I began to feel the positive effects of something. Taking this, and their fruits, had a very positive effect!! They were the only difference to my vitamin/supplement routine. And, I believe they are working and have purchase another bottle of both their veggies and their fruits. As long as it continues to work I will continue taking. Give them a try!!!
I really enjoyed the quality of ingredients of this product and I enjoy the benefits of the super foods and antioxidants included for a healthy diet. There’s no really flavor or taste since they’re encapsulated. Not sure if there was a health improvement since I didn’t use this for long.
I bought it because I don't eat enough fruit and veggies everyday on the one hand because of the lack of time and on the other hand I cannot buy the 5 fruits and vegetables that we should consume every day, so it's great to take them as a food supplement and I'm very satisfied, It's a good quality product with good ingredients.

I love this product. Gets me to have an extra serving of vegetables in my diet very easily and conveniently. I trust this brand so it's a no-brainer. I do extensive research on anything I buy specially if I have to put it in my body.
I've been taking this supplement for a month and so far it's been great. It helps a bit on constipation, I don't feel any uncomfortable issues or bloated, I find it to a an excellent additional source of veggies. Highly recommended!
Seems good quality, I’ve had no issues since incorporating it into my supplements. Does have a strong vegetal taste but it doesn’t linger. Thankful something like this is around!
I was buying from another company but was unable to buy the fruit and vegetables separately. I now buy them from iHerb at a reasonable price and get the same benefits or better than the previous company. I am pleased with the results.
I bought these as an alternative to the expensive, heavily marketed fruits and veggies. The mix of these two products from a quality company like nature's way has all the ingredients needed similar to a superfood. At my age the benefits are just right for my diet.
