The tablets are large enough to be swallowed easily, but some may not like it. If you drink one tablet a day, as written in the instructions, 60 tablets are enough for a month and a half. They have no taste or smell. While taking these vitamins, you feel a surge of strength. It seems to me that one jar is not enough.
I heard this is the best quality of a multivitamin. the size of the pills are massive, hard to swallow. the package is really secured. it has an unpleasant smell, like a dog food, but no taste at all. it should be taken once daily. it has a lot of ingredients in each pill.

First time that I take Alive multivitamin. I like the ingredients and it covers most of my needs. Nice package and easy to swallow tablets.
These are great. Some of the mvs out there require multiple tablets a day, which just isn't going to happen, but these once a day ones are wonderful.
