I didn't realize this is pure shea butter until I opened it, but this product is good. It's solid, and you need to rub it, then it's buttering the area. The product leaves the skin oily, but after few minutes it dissolves in the skin. The shea butter gives great feeling and moisturize the skin. The package is small, so you can take it with you, and you don't need a lot of substance each time, so the product will last for long. I probably order it again.

Good smooth textured shea butter in a nice-sized small container. Great kind of moisturizer to bring camping since it does not melt easily and make a mess. This has no scent. I like to use it lightly on drier places on my face as well as to curl my eyelashes when I don't want to wear mascara.

All I can say is WOW! If you've got dry skin, you need this in your medicine cabinet! This stuff is super-moisturizing. You have to warm it up in your hands before applying, as it's in solid form right out of the jar, but it doesn't take long to liquefy once warmed. It's great for elbows, feet, body--I even use a bit to moisturize my face. Since it's pure shea butter, you can mix it with other ingredients (such as essential oils) to make your own beauty/personal care products. I did see that some customers mentioned they thought it was stinky, but I did not notice much of a scent to it, if at all. Maybe they received a bad batch, or maybe my nose just isn't quite as sensitive! This is very economical, too, as you get a decent amount for the price, and a little bit goes a long way. Give it a try! I think you'll love it.

Im new to pure shea butter and have been using it on hands when they get very dry as well as on my baby bump (now at 5 months) alternating with jojoba. I love it. It initially feels a tiny bit sticky as you warm through hands but once eubbed in it is amazing and a little goes a while! Really good peice point too

I love it! I take a bit in my hands, warm it so it becomes usable and add 1-2 drops of a desired essential oil (frankincense or spearmint for my feet, grapefruit for the face etc.). That's my second order and I'll keep buying it. A small amount lasts a long time, as you only use a little bit each time...

Really helpful for extreme dryness and cracking! A family member's feet crack really badly in the summer and it's always a relief to get this on them, especially after a shower or foot soak. While the skin is still moist, rub it on, gently in the places that hurt, and then put sock on. They're soooo much better in the morning!

Lovely thick texture. Goes on smooth and totally absorbs helping dry skin; doesn't leave skin oily. Great for smoothing hair ends. Unscented. Easy to open container.

Love it! Such a nice natural substitute for a jar of petroleum salve. I use it just about anywhere. Great as lotion or lip balm. Mild scent, if any.
