The taste spots on the point. The mass is large enough. I will not feel hungry after eating it. It can last about 3hr. It’s proper for exercise. I always eat it during hiking and cycling
this is the third or the forth bar I tried from this company and its also amazing!! I would say as a side note that this flavor is sweeter than the other ones I have tried but not to sickly sweet great with a bitter cup of coffee the size is good and filling the package is great great for diet and workout good amount of protein I feel I benefit greatly I recommend you to try for yourself ☺️
I like this a lot. This is like my 6th box. Taste is superb. Size is great, quality is awesome. Im definitely buying more after it runs out. I hope it won't be sold out!

I love these bars to carry with me when I have a big training session. Once I'm finished I can eat this straight away which helps replenish my protein and carbs. Tastes great too.
Best tasted protein bars ever. High protein, great ingredients, packed with vitamins. Just look out for the calories and use it as a meal replacement - not as a snack.
Taste and texture is good. It's a proper bar for sure. I'm full after one, even on a empty stomach. A bit too much calories to be considered healthy, but for it's purpose it does the job. I will buy it again.
The bar is quite large and good value compared to other similar bars. The taste is OK and goes well with coffee. There's a slight chemical aftertaste but not so much that I stopped eating it, lol. The bar has three layers: an outer thin chocolate layer on the sides and bottom, a thicker white layer that has the look of icing, but not the taste on the top, and a crumbly/crunchy dark chocolate layer that is the bulk of the bar. If you like a mixture of textures, then this is a good bar to choose. I ordered a box of 9 bars and when I opened the shipping box from Iherb, the box of bars was torn open and I thought someone had removed a bar! But there were 9 untouched bars in the box as promised. I have no idea why the outer carton would have been so torn, but all's well that ends well.
