Im a great fan of Life Extension brand products so decided to incorporate Tart Cherry with CherryPURE into my supplements. I cant say for sure if this product aids in better sleep as I have a lot of sleep issues . As cherries are anti inflammatory this is also helpful for my arthritis.

I have been taking Pure Tart Cherry juice to help me in my sleep every night and this cheery Pure capsules is easy for me to take on the road during outstation travel. So far the Pure Tart Cherry juice have increase my sleep and reduces my night toilet tremendously. Hope this capsules is the same as the juice.

Although it says it will helps your recovery post exercise, I personally trying this as a sleep supplement. Maybe it does something but I honestly can't say whether it does help you to fall sleep or get better sleep quality. Maybe it does work if consuming tart cherry in form of juice instead of pills. But if your looking to enhance your recovery, intra (EAA + HBCD)is your go to supplement. Lookup for peri-workout nutrition.
