iHerb is great to deal with. excellent prices, great delivery. the LIFE Extensions PalmettoGuard is easy to take, I have had no problems with it. I think it is doing what it is supposed to, but it is hard to really tell, I am unsure if there is a blood test or other means to tell if it is doing what it should be doing. That is the way with many supplements

This is good to use on occasion, however, it can lower DHT too much for me if used regularly. I would recommend the Life Extension brand.
