Fucoidan has a vague, pleasant smell, and its size makes it easy to swallow. I bought Fucoidan, Olive Leaf Extract, Cod Liver Oil, and Immune 4 together. When the package arrived, I took all 4 pills right away. Had a bad headache soon after - could be my body detoxing? Had to go to bed early. The stool in the morning was soft and nice, even though I didn't take any probiotics or change my diet. I presume the 4 combined initiated a powerful system cleansing. I will continue to take them.

I started trying this in order to improve my immunity. I read that it works better in empty stomach. So I take a cap everyday before breakfast. It's been a few week, I will wait and see if it works well on me. There is no negative side effect so far.

The capsule is normal-sized and it is white in color. It has no taste or smell but if you open the capsule, it tastes and smells just like normal seaweed. As I am not addressing any issue, I am only taking the minimum dose of 1 capsule per day. So far so good and there is no adverse side effects.
This is not a supplement that you take and notice a significant effect . It’s use is more preventative, The fucoidan is from Maritech which has been tested for heavy metals and excess iodine. I believe it is high molecular weight fucoidan, but it isn’t clear if this might affect absorption, Zero side effects, although reportedly this can interfere with metabolism of some drugs and has blood thinning effects. Great product for those wishing to have a natural supplement for better health.

I like having this in a capsule because i dont really like the taste of seaweed. This is a great antioxidant to add to my diet. The size is not huge, so easy to swollow. My package was packaged well and arrived quickly. I would recommend buying from iherb. A great superfood made easy.

Only just started taking Fucoidan but by all reports it is very good for longevity and your health in general. Time will tell however the quality is excellent.
