I took Redd Remedies joint previously but switched to Arthromax as it is cheaper with more ingredients which can help to improve joint health. It certainly has improved my joint mobility after taking for 2 weeks and I could climb up the stairs of the overhead bridge and my residence block with ease. The capsules are easy to swallow as it is not too big. I have ordered another one which will arrive soon and will continue to buy in the future.
