affordable convenient and hopefully tasty easy mix for keto people! (edit: so i made it and added water instead of milk plus using melted butter instead of oil..... anyways the texture is on the better side (its good outside but inside its a bit too moist for me, maybe that's on me. The flavor is 65-75% coconut, but aroma isn't as coconutty. was afraid of it being too eggy since the recipe requires 5 eggs, but it wasn't that bad. if you're looking for a coconut flavor then this is def for you.

Amazing yellow cake mix! It is not as moist as regular cake mixes, but the texture and composition is soft nonetheless, and it is ready for any sort of frosting you want to put on it. It does not taste like a diet or almond flour mix, nor does it have that cool sugar alcohol taste other products tend to have. Recipe is easy to follow, and you get a full size cake out of the package. I've purchased this a few times now and will continue to buy.
