I LOVE the flavor of this mouthwash. The cinnamon isn't that strong, just enough to let it not taste like 'other' mouthwashes. I specifically wanted a hydrogen peroxide mouthwash due to covid being around. I thought being proactive about having a clean mouth would be really good - plus my teeth feel cleaner as well! I use it after brushing, and then maybe once during the day.

The flavor is not overbearing. The quality is excellent. The size of an average peroxide bottle. Great for sensitive teeth, and leaves a clean and fresh after taste. I use the product a few times a week. Gentle cleaning to mouth, and I believe in the benefits. No product lost from packaging.

Has a mild taste, no burning hot cinnamon or mint so I find it easy to use on my sensitive mouth. I've been using it for 2 weeks. So far its great at keeping my breath fresh. I haven't noticed my teeth getting any whiter. In fact its the opposite. I've also been drinking a bit more black tea than usual for the past 2 weeks that I got in the same order. As a result my teeth are looking tannin stained and look browner, oops. I'll cut down on the tea and hope with continued use of this mouthwash my teeth will get whiter again. If not I'll try the stronger whitening version in the Heritage Store brand sells here.

I rate Heritage Store products highly, I think they are very good quality. I used to use the non-flavoured peroxide mouthwash they make, and liked it. i have no doubt this will be just as good. Be careful if you have cavities.
