Good list of ingredients. Gummies size is perfect for kids of small age. They are easy to chew. But the taste could be better. They are too sweet and too flavoured. Very-very sweet and artificially flavoured. Even as for kids vitamins. Convenient packaging - the bottle is for 1 month. 1 serving - 2 gummies a day.
