I use this on salads, soups, bagels, etc! My favorite way of eating them is on top of avocado toast :) It just adds extra flavor with so many things! I also heard that sunflower seeds and and pumpkin seeds are good for your gut health which is something I started working on! I personally don’t think they’re that spicy, it has more of a citrus lime flavor.
