I started using this product a few years ago and it really made a difference in my emotional and mental well-being. However, I also noticed a change in my menstrual cycles. They became shorter, about every 3 weeks, and I had increased PMS symptoms. This could just be due to aging so take it with a grain of salt. I took a break for about 6 months and I'm trying it again. So far, similar results. The pills don't have a strong taste and I like that they come in a glass bottle.

The instructions state take before bed. Any time I take at night I wake sweating and unable to get back to sleep for hours. Frankly that sucks. Maybe the set of hormone producers it has in it aren't what I need? I bought because this is a great company with food grade supplements, the cleanest, vegan friendly and a glass bottle. But doesn't seem it's the right thing for me. That said, I take one in the morning with my other supplements and I seem to be pretty good. So that's good if they work for me, smaller dose as the bottle will last longer.

Good quality helps my hot flashes as it contains black cohosh which balances the hormones. My doctor recommended me to take black cohosh to relief the menopause. I have tried a couple brands and I like this product the best. The gel cap is easy to swallow it won’t melt very quickly in your mouth so that I won’t taste the scent and smell the herbs.
