I was hoping these would help increase cm but I never noticed much of a difference while I was taking them. I only took them from the time I got my period until I got a peak LH test because you don’t need increased cm after ovulation. Maybe they would help more if you took them daily for a few months? I decided just to use evening primrose to increase cm because it was cheaper and it actually worked.
