Only been taking SerraGold capsules for about ten days but my body feels a little better already and sleep has improved (which I did not expect). Have some joint damage which is a little better already but it may take more time to improve. In my case this seems to have started working as soon as I took them. I take one capsule per day in the morning on an empty stomach and I eat one hour after taking it. It seems to be enough of a time gap because I can tell it is having a real effect on the body. I compare it to another brand of serrapeptase that I used previously and it seems to work just as well but with 1 capsule compared to 2-4 capsules of the other brand.
