The good complex of 11 minerals in chelated forms (without vitamins) from Country life. It doesn't include iron. For better digestibility, minerals are best taken in the evening separately from vitamins. The vitamins are desirable to take in the morning or afternoon.

I used them for a few months (I took a smaller than recommended dose). I didn't measure my minerals in blood yet to see the results. I had deficient levels of selenium, zinc, and copper. However, I would appreciate that if they would make the same formula but with a lower dose of Calcium because I believe Calcium should be taken apart from the rest of the minerals for their better absorption. A friend of mine had joint pains after taking them (I gave her to try some) when she stopped taking them pain stopped too. It could be related to her personal sensitivity.

I feel the effect of this supplement on my body, it improves my hair and nails conditions. The only problem is the tablet, it is so big!

This has been my fourth time purchasing this product. I love the well balanced nutrients and the price point compared to other products. Will continue to buy.

My holistic healer prescribed Total Mins Iron-Free because I suffer from constipation when taking extra iron. I take one every other day and wouldn't do without them.

We started taking this when my husband broke his back as a result of being on prednisone, which resulted in full blown osteoporosis. My husband takes this in conjunction with Organic India's Osteoseal and Natural Factors' Collagenizer and Bio Sil. It would be my hope that somehow we can reverse the osteoporosis. or at least lessen its effects. Even his doctor was impressed with Total Mins. She had never heard of this product, but remarked on what a good formula it is.

Of all the minerals available on the market this is the one that my naturopath recommends. That is because the uptake with these 'Total Mins' formulation is excellent. there are good amounts of calcium and magnesium, and the price is good value for money. Basically until a person's mineral status is brought back to normal there is no point looking into other treatments. Get the minerals sorted first and then there is sound basis doing other health work.
