Super yummy! Can be taken as a snack or breakfast 😍 it has soooo many benefits The amount of fiber in it is crazy good 9g per serving, and the protein is 11g per serving!! I recommend putting a serving in a sandwich bag and taking it with you anywhere to avoid eating junky snacks! It tastes super good the cinnamon flavor is not strong it is perfect to add with greek yogurt! Definitely will rebuy it! Just wish it came in a bigger size package.
The cinnamon Toast flavour has a strong scent but weaker taste compared to how it smells, still delicious! Texture is crunchy like it says, very satisfied. I add soy milk and it makes the taste a bit more creamy. Alot of people were talking about the after taste fromm stevia, It does have some sweetness left in the mouth but Its not to a point that it bothers me. would recommend :)
Tried the cinnamon toast flavour and it tasted a little odd on its own as it had an aftertaste of sweeteners. Then I had them with yogurt, fresh berries, peanut butter and these added a nice crunch and nice cinnamon-y taste. I guess the sour tang from yogurt and berries masked the artificial sweetener aftertaste quite well. I would consider reordering these after I've tried the other flavours.
High protein, high fiber, sugar free, tasty and very crunchy. Actually I like it even better after it turns just a tad soggy around the edges. It's very cinnamony, so if you like cinnamon you'll for sure love this. But all good things do come at a price. It's not a big bag and the price does seem a little high.
I really enjoy all the Catalina Crunch products I've tried, which are quite a few by now. I wish iherb carried the whole range. But these are good, like cinnamon toast crunch only crunchier. The ingredients are decent, not maybe something you want regularly if you are on a clean keto diet but for the occasional treat they definitely do the trick. It's a nice size package, not too big to get in trouble but not too small either, definitely not an inexpensive product but like I said treat yourself once in awhile. The serving size is half a cup so again not something to pig out on.
Soooooo delicious the ingredients are really clean and good the taste is sweet the size is medium/small the package is perfect I almost eat that everyday for breakfast and dinner or a quick snack sometimes I loved the peanut butter flavor too it’s really good I would definitely repurchase

One of the better quality ingredients products with the healthy benefit of being low carb and diet friendly. The taste and serving is like normal products used in recipes. Very happy with the purchase, though the price is abit high for the package and size. Wish there was another sale so I can stock up more of this
This is the OG flavor I tried and it did not disappoint! It definitely reminds me of Cinnamon Toast Crunch. I forgot how good this flavor is. I will definitely reorder. I have liked almost every flavor I have tried of this brand. I also love the protein to calorie ratio on these Catalina Crunch cereals!
