I have been using this lecithin for a while now and I am very pleased with the product. I mix it in my morning smoothie and it dissolves completely and doesn't change the taste or texture of my smoothie at all. Good quality and value, the only thing I don't like about this lecithin is that it clumps and doesn't always dissolves completely in different liquids (unless I blend it into smoothies), but I definitely recommend it as it does its work and benefits my liver health. The taste is not my favourite one but blending it into supershakes/smoothies is a way to go!
