Discussion: Regular exercise and a healthy diet with enough calcium may help maintain good bone health. Calcium is intended to provide nutritive support for healthy bones when taken with vitamin D, magnesium, copper and zinc.
Use only as directed. Take three (3) tablets daily with food. Some people may prefer, for optimal benefit, to take the three (3) tablets at three (3) separate times during the day.
